4x^2 + 10x ---- what is common in both terms...2 and x now we factor 2x( 2x + 5)
yay i was wright ty so much
you can even check your answer by multiplying the 2x back through 2x (2x + 5) = 2x * 2x + 2x * 5 = 4x^2 + 10x...correct
