First of all, I'm hesitating to answer these kind of questions since it looks like an assessment (I assume that you heard about OS's anti-cheating policy right?) For the first one, all the choices are okay. You have to choose the best one using hints that you can fin from the question. "maternal death" ->this means it refers to the condition of women during abortion/childbirth. I'm not sure about the second one but I think "Recruitment and retention" usually occurs in rural areas. For the 3rd one, you should also provide us some kind of statistics. I know I'm too late, so sorry about that.
