well one group of the same type of person, it could be religion as well, such as jews and the holocaust
Depends on where the person who's asking is. In their original country they'll be called Emigrants and on the foreign country they'll be called Immigrants.
The question is not asking based on whose point of view though, it's simply asking for a generalized definition.
