Can someone help me understand Rhetorical Devices, like parallelism, repetition, rhetorical questions, and et cetera.

A rhetorical device is what the author uses to persuade the reader to consider the something from a different P.O.V
Parallelism is when the author uses elements in sentences that are grammatically similar or identical in structure, sound, meaning, or meter.
Repetition is when the author repeats word or phrases to make an idea seem clearer
what about antithesis
A rhetorical question is a question that is really a figure of speech and wasn't mean to be answered.
