MEDAL!!!! Why do you think words were invented for technical things? (the answer needs to be looooooong)
how long
well, in my book, there are 12 lines
i think they were invented for technical things because they help people describe things tht are hard to just say in like a picture or something im not pretty sure if im right or not btw im jordans brother so
ok, hi jordan's brother
hi im trying to get him a title
in english?
anything
well, you are 20 medals away from getting super librarian, and 29 from getting mighty pen
what is mighty pen
the one in writing
oh thanks for the medal
he really needs it
np
hey, even though i've already given away the medal, if anyone has anything to add to what jordan ('s brother) said, feel free ;)
Words were invented for technical things simply because as our world expands, unsurprisingly our vocabulary does too. If we keep using the same words for different things, we'll often confuse the new with the old, and that is not how our world should be properly spun around. How's that? XD
@KyanTheDoodle THANK YOU! that's helpful :)
hey, if anyone else reads this, would ya give kyan a medal for me? thx ;)
you should close this question :-)
@mhatton-8 i would, but i'm gonna leave it open in case anyone else has something to add
ah, ok
Words are invented by necessity. If someone invents a device to produce power from steam, somebody might call it a 'steam engine'. Because you need a single word for something, like "telephone", rather than having to call it "that thing that enables you to talk to someone far away."
