At a party, everyone shook hands with everybody else. There were 66 handshakes. How many people were at the party?

OpenStudy (leonardo0430):

i shake hands with my self ~ 2 hands ~ 1 person ~ so divide the number of handshakes by the number of people , 66/1/2 would be 33, there are 33 people in the party

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Thank you, leo.
