biosphere because it is the closest layer of atmosphere to the surface of our plant and the one that effects our weather directly.

It is the atmosphere since the atmosphere is associated with air or climate. Hydrosphere deals with water on Earth, cryosphere deals with the frozen parts on Earth (like polar ice caps) and the biosphere deals with planet Earth and its life; none of these three fit in with the "wind" topic.
