Colors attract.. therefore, the more color, the better!
Of course too much color can be a distraction as well, but as long as the rainbows are kept in a moderate quantity, there is nothing wrong with having a rainbow template.
Also, on a side note, the science behind physical rainbows is pretty awesome.. xD
