what you want to do is just find out how many miles each person can run per minute :).
So you simply want to divide miles by minutes.
E.g. To find jim's pace, you would do 4/38 = ? (in decimals).
Then continue following the same pattern for each other runner until you find one that runs at the same pace as Jim :)
The fastest method will be to use a calculator here :D
