I would say B, just like A, C, and D are all communicating the same idea, that globalization is when a country cuts off interaction with other countries. Which is not correct. Globalization is when a country interchanges ideas and their culture with another country. Since it's called "Global" lization, just try to think of it as a country being worldly..global.
