If you do not have a good reference to what percentage is for what SD, take a look at the forst illustration here: http://www.education.com/reference/article/norm-referenced-testing/ They show a normal curve there and you just need to find out what part of the curve 580 to 620 would represent, then add up any percentgae values in that area.
