you need to make a top five list you cant just pick one. there where also things like land and religion I believe but when you have to do is find those impacts and rank them from 1 (most influential) to 5 (least influential)

number 2 is you saying why you think whatever you put for 1 has the largest impact. so like if you put disease you can say that you chose it because many natives were killed as a result of the foreign diseases brought by Europeans.
