I believe it is hasty generalization because it's basically saying anyone who has the slightest problem with America should not live in America despite everything. Seems pretty ignorant.

Oh wait no. I think it's false dichotomy. Here: FALSE DILEMMA (often called the either/or fallacy or false dichotomy). This fallacy assumes that we must choose one of two alternatives instead of allowing for other possibilities; a false form of disjunctive syllogism. Example: "America, love it or leave it." (The implication is, since you don't love it the only option is to leave it).
