Because they not have money to
and has to work on fixing the iOS one first
den has to make de more requested Android one
they also much busy wit keeping the site from lagging and stuffs

btw sammi, they is not making it right now, it's on hold and they want to fix iOS first

They've already made an iPhone one, and they have a mind to work on the android one. I don't think they'll make a Windows phone one.

Because it is a vry small percentage of the people it is going to be a low priority: http://www.idc.com/prodserv/smartphone-os-market-share.jsp Too bad they did not use one of the multi platform tools to develop it... then they could have been done with all of them at once.
