This is pretty simple, it's asking you for the statistics of America as a whole V. congress. So, in the first section it's asking the amount of people in the United States and the number of people in congress. There are 318.9 million people in America, and there are 535 people in congress (according to google). Look up each statistic on google and fill in the table.
