when something is skewed, that tells us that the mean is moved to one side

since the mean is moved towards the + direction it is naturally going to be the largest value of the central tendencies
of course, since only one option is correct, that would imply that the options larger than 40 are simply not good
equal to 40 would give us a normal distribution perse, so it must logically be the one that is less than 40
