What is the radius of circle Q?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The circles are similar so you can set up a proportion. Since P has a diameter of 14, it's radius is 7 \[\frac{ 7\pi/6}{ 2\pi/3 } = \frac{7}{x}\]
