You obviously read about scientists. 
Choose two of those and talk about how they are the same and how they are different. 
Then the following question asks to talk about what challenges they had to overcome. Look for anything that made life difficult for them. Something that was hard.. 
The last question, what about them allowed them to achieve their goals?
