OpenStudy (rayman5766):

C and A is my answere

OpenStudy (anonymous):

calculate the area of the rectangle first length= 9, width=8 what did you get? then use quarter of circle radius=8 what did you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9*8=72 , so it's not A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the quarter circle, what did you get?

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

oh ok so its B and C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lolxD wait let me calculate it to check if that's right 8^2*1/4*pi=?? nope C is wrong. don't forget that you are looking for the QUARTER of the circle so you have to divide it by 4

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

oh that's what did wrong ok so my last and only option is D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know why it's not C?

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

because I calculated my answer wrong
