It's not like we don't want everyone to have fun. We do, we can have fun because we obey the rules. If we didn't have the rules, everyone would be saying mean things to each other and all kinds of stuff. And we don't want that to happen. OpenStudy is here to help other people learn, to help them understand. I've said this so many times, but I'll say it again. Whenever I help someone and they say something like "Thank you so much! I get this now!" I get this ridiculous, goofy grin on my face. I love it when I help someone. It gives me a little thrill when they understand. I don't like it when someone gives someone else an answer, because only answers don't help someone to understand the problem. The CoC is here to help us. Just like we have laws we have to obey. You break those laws, and you get punished. You speed, and you get a speeding ticket. You break the CoC, and you get warned/suspended. It's like help us help you.

The rules are kept strict probably because if someone gets away with a little thing, they'll get away with more and more.
