I would say no article.. It translates to In this class there is/are 20 people.

no article because there is "hay" meaning is/are and then "veinte personas" meaning 20 people. so you wouldn't say "there are some 20 people" you'd just say "there are 20 people"

"un" is singular and masculine.
"unas" is plural and you'd think its feminine and it is, but it can be used when speaking about a group of people. Not necessarily female. 

So as @caleighgirl16 said, it would say "There are some 20 people." which really doesn't make much sense.

So its, no article.
