I'm writing a speech about preventing underage drinking and I dont know what to write on introduction.

hmm, lets see. you could start by saying something like "you're at a party with your friends, having the time of your life, when someone shows up with 5 cases of beer. you know you shouldn't, but since everyone else is, you grab one. after awhile, things begin to go hazy and its hard to think. the next thing you know, you're passed out on the floor and police are everywhere. i'm going to tell you why you shouldn't drink underaged, and the dangers involved if you do" just an idea ;)
