What sort of science report? What topic? Research. Support. Reasoning. Those are involved in any science. Now for some specifics: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3528086/ http://mathandreadinghelp.org/articles/High_School_Science_Lab_Reports%3A_Mastering_the_Scientific_Method.html http://edweb.sdsu.edu/triton/tidepoolunit/Rubrics/reportrubric.html The first two go over it in general and will give you a good idea of what to do. The third is basically the sort of grading you will get.

It might help if you treat it like an essay or a report for a different subject. Research the material required for the topic of the report. Make sure to provide references back to the materials you acquired for the research (i.e. books checked out at a library, online websites, etc.). If the report also requires you to do an experiment, create a diorama, or something else, make sure that you do that as well. If you have any friends or family who are experts or at least very knowledgeable and interested in the topic of the science report you're doing, ask them for advice. They may be able to provide some information to you and help you along the way as well. Good luck!
