PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! I need to figure out the equation(s) for a circle that's 6 up and down and 5 left and right. It's on a graph. The main equation he gave me was 18x^2 + 36y^2 = 648 and he said the foci was +or- 3 sqrt 2, 0. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Why won't anyone answer?! I need help! Please!!
@tylermcmullen23
im trying to figure out what he means
If you graphed this, the y-intercepts would be 6 and -6, while the x-intercepts would be 5 and -5. What I don't understand is how to make equations out of that. It deals with foci and asymptotes and stuff like that but that's all I know.
|dw:1427205517014:dw| so like this
right
but I don't know how to get an equation out of it
Identify the major and minor axes first. Where is the center?
at 0,0 right?
yes
ok, so now what do I do?
@tylermcmullen23 @luffingsails
so wait, the foci was EITHER positive or negative 3?
ummm yeah I think so he wrote down on the paper + or - 3 sqrt 2
@tylermcmullen23 @luffingsails
@tylermcmullen23 how would you take the equation 18x^2 + 36y^2 = 648 and the foci + or - 3 sqrt 2 and make the shape of a face out of it?
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
your supposed to make the shape of a face out of it??
yeah that's what it said
@tylermcmullen23
Is this right?
ugh never mind it won't let me send it
screen capture it or type it
|dw:1427208154238:dw| alright I know this isn't perfect but it looks somewhat like this
