i think it is A, B, or D

well if the reactants are on the left side of the equation and the product on the right, and it says the reactant has more heat than the product that means the heat is leaving which would be exothermic I believe, not entirely sure but I think that's it

Yay! lol I'm pretty bad at it too, to be honest, but exothermic and endothermic was one of the few things I actually understood lol
