I just want to know because I might become a English instructor at one of their schools in Japan.

Ohh, alright. Well to start with students, they would wake up early for school just like in most places and go to school throughout the day sometime from 8 AM to 4 PM, I believe. After school, they would spend an hour or two in their extracurricular activity(クラブ). Then, they would go home where they'd have dinner, do homework, etc.

For teachers and adults in general, most of the day is generally spent working. Japan is a very work-oriented society so they would wake up early and go to their job where they may work until late into the night. After work, they could have a meeting, go home, etc.
