Is there anyway to delete a old account? Or can a mod delete that account?

You can't delete your account but you can keep yourself from going onto it. There are two tutorials you can take. @Baby_Bear69

Step i. Go to "change password." Put a blindfold on your face; then start typing randomly, like this, "wofhinsdfSDFsdfuiahq3."

Step ii. Go to your email address, change this to a random email.

Why do you want your account deleted?

If its is only for you to prevent logging in OpenStudy, then you can pm a mod like me.
You'll get suspended and you won't be able to log back in.

Otherwise, i would go with confluxepic's approach :)

Well, my mom don't want me on Openstudy, I made this acc though because it really helps me.. I just wish I could delete my account to show her I am not on it no more so she won't check messages and stuff to see if I have been active.. :p

Suspensions is a period of time that you can't go on. Ban means you can never go on unless a mod unbans you.

Anyways, Let me know if you want is 'suspended' which is temporary (and not banned)
I'll suspend your account for say 1 month, with the reason, 'Temporary Suspended on user's Request.'

I was chatting with people and getting distracted away from school.. I think I might have it banned, if i did, when i tryto log in it would just say "account banned" right?

Well, only administrators can ban you and they would do it only if its a very serious issue.
You can tell me whatever you want for the display when you log in...
should i write 'account banned' (even if its actually suspended).
or should i write "Hey Mom, I am not using OpenStudy, I have been banned" :P

How long is the longest suspension? If I can't get it banned without doing something really bad then it would have to be suspended for like 1 year at least if that's possible :p
