How are you sure that it was him? Can't go around blaming mods. Everyone blames TK, but he doesn't do everything. There is also different things that mods can suspend for like 'lmao', 'wtf', etc

Contact Openstudy if you feel there was foul play involved. I doubt tk would do that. You most likely triggered the system's automatic suspension.

How can you teach a mod how to do his job. @tkhunny Might be pushy but he is still a great moderator. You would need to have proof to even scratch the surface to justice. Maybe you should ask what you got suspend for instead of making assumptions. Mods are mods because of how trustworthy they are, if you got suspended you must have deserved.

yea he got me for the "F" you thing but then he told me to be a better citizen of openstudy and i replied "everyonr has there bad days nobodys perfect but we cant be better if nobody tells us what we did wrong now can we" and he banned me for that also then today i was in a post and another mod explained what we did wrong and nicely asked us to stop and we did i then tagged tk in that post and said "see tk this is how you should handle it not ban people" and he banned me for that also

I have a problem with no one.

I have plenty of problem with violations of the Code of Conduct. I have no tolerance at all for evading suspension. The very fact that you admit to using an "other account" suggests one place where your behavior might improve. Normally, I would suspend the "other account" for about 12 years. Four days was being nice. Every warning or suspension has been well-explained from the beginning - the moment you received it. If you were not cussing, then you received nothing for cussing and the actual reason was explained in the warning or suspension.

I deleted the posts this morning because they were tools of anarchy and you were plotting your next move to overthrow the established regulation of OpenStudy. That seemed possibly subversive, but at least Spamming. It seemed prudent to remove such foolishness. You also received a warning or suspension (I don't which recall at the moment) under the definition of Spam as indicated by my interpretation of your anarchy conversation, and as indicated in the warning or suspension.

You have a choice. You can keep fussing about legitimate suspensions and warnings and only get more and more frustrated because your arguments are entirely baseless, or you can simply comply with the Code of Conduct and have this entire issue disappear into the wind and never bother you again. The choice is yours.

You've also been warned two other times for a single issue. You have yet to comply with those two warnings. Please do so.

Still going with that? Seriously, change your behavior to be consistent with the Code of Conduct and Terms of Service. That's all that needs to occur. If you received a warning that you did not understand, this is an opportunity for you to LEARN, rather than cry foul.

As I said already, as a set, this is easy enough to follow. Taken alone, there is a lot less sense to it. You received a valid warning and you chose to complain to the chats rather than learning and changing your behavior. This is not acceptable. You became vulgar and angry. This is not acceptable. You keep claiming that there is only one thing that you did to deserve a warning. This is simply not true, as shown above in the redacted disclosure.

Please feel free to study with OS. You are welcome here. There is no plot against you. You have not received inappropriate warnings or suspensions. First LEARN the rules, then FOLLOW them.
