Find the maximum value of the function. P=2x+3y

OpenStudy (amistre64):

usually there is a set of constraints to apply to it ... otherwise you are just looking at a linear function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it gives a 9x9 graph, but that's all?

OpenStudy (vivek3461):

At x = infinity and y = infinity, P = infinity (maximum). But that is not what you need, right.??. If a meaningful answer is required, it requires more data.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's all I have for data. ugh...stupid apex..
