Hi @readytowork1 First, use the distributive property on 4(x-3) and 2(x-1), 4x-12 - (2x-2) > 0 Then we will take 2x-2 out of parentheses, 4x-12-2x+2 > 0 Combine like terms, 2x-10 > 0 Then isolate x, 2x > 10 x > 5 Lastly we will represent the answer as this set {x | x > 5} What is your answer?
the second one?
Yes that's right @readytowork1!
