A job training program is valuable to both an employee and an employer. job training is important to an employee because the employee can get hands on training before working in the field that person wants to work in. job training is important to the employer because the employer can have an employee that already has training in the field that the employer is hiring in. now this is both very important to both because the employer is getting a person that has experience and the employee has a greater chance to get a job from the employer then other people trying to get the job as well. Another great thing for job training programs Is that employees will get better jobs because they have more experience than a lot of others people just looking for the job. Job training programs are great for employers because they will get a employee that won’t make there company look bad in the profession. All and all job training programs are very important to both employers and employees.
