P(A or B) = P(A) + P(B)
So basically we take the sum of the probability of picking a green balloon and the probability of picking and orange balloon.

The answer is C

Probability of choosing a green balloon +Probability of choosing an orange balloon

13 + 9 = 22 so basically I am sure about my answer because then again Im summing up which is im adding it up
OpenStudy (anonymous):
summing is adding
its just another way of saying it
OpenStudy (anonymous):
