IF this a legit question, I'll give a legit answer.

Start small. No one wakes up one day and becomes famous. If you believe you have the talent to make it in a notable magazine of sorts then you have to humble yourself to work the small stuff. Be determined. It may take a while but you can't give up half way through. That's not how it works. If you want to make it, you have to work it. Perseverance will reward you. You may never reach far until your 82, but perseverance ALWAYS rewards. Network. Promote yourself without being boastful and interact with the right crowd. You never know who's who in this world. I could be a journalist looking for a young aspiring writer- but I'm not, I'm an 18 year old student, with a little bit of wisdom. 
And that's my legit logic.
