admonish means to warn or reprimand someone firmly. I have a guess at the answer. What do you think it is?

I am honestly just giving it my best guess, but I would assume it is D. I can associate each of the other words with admonish. Encourage - You are encouraging someone to believe you and to get away Obey - They obey your warnings and get away Associate - You are speaking with them, while warning them. It is a weird and confusing question with equally confusing answers
