Oh, and when you buy titles, your SmartCents decrease but your Medal count stays the same.

To clarify:

You get a medal when someone presses the 'Best Response" button for your reply to a post.

And for every medal you get, you get 1 smartcent. And eventully once you get 50 medals, you can use 50 smartcents to get a title. And after that there are titles that are higher up.
