Question

dont know what to put here so here are the ingrediants for waffles

2 cups flour (You can substitute whole wheat pastry flour or buckwheat flour up to half of this amount)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder/baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
5 eggs, separate the yolks and the whites
1 1/2 cups milk (You can substitute half-&-half at 1 cup)
2 to 5 tablespoons of melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
