whats the question and your answer
its right before u asked me
the height is 13 not 81
|dw:1427239010297:dw| thus \(\bf area = \cfrac{h}{2}(a+b)\qquad \begin{cases} a=9\\b=16\\ area = 75 \end{cases}\implies 75=\cfrac{h}{2}(9+16)\) solve for "h"
oops i meant 18 but wasnt right anyway r u sure its 13?
so its 17
yes it =74.5 then you round
huh 75?
im confused im glad this is the last one
the height is 13 cause when you do 9+16*13/2 you get 74.5 then you round because 5 and up you round to the nearest number
it says 75 for the area in the material, thus
so.. if you solve that for "h", what would that give you?
im just confused thank both of u for your help i dont understand
you're given the area, and the bases of the trapezoid so you'd need to find the height "h"
9=16 divided 2 is 17 so i dont know
9=16?
oops 9+16 bivided by 2 is 17
clearly not =)
hmm 9+16 divided by 2 is 17? hmm so 2 * 17 = 9+16? because 2* 17 = 34 and I don't think 9+16 is 34 though
its 13 trust me
