Hanna hypothesizes that granite is denser than sandstone. How can Hanna test her hypothesis? Weigh each rock to determine which is the heaviest, and thus the densest. Melt each rock down inside a high-temperature furnace, and then measure the volume of the two liquefied rocks. Examine the rocks under a hand lens and determine which rock seems to have the largest particles. Measure the mass of the rocks with a balance and the volume of the rocks with water and a graduated cylinder. Then calculate their densities.
I feel like the answer to the question is in the equation itself. Do you know the density equation
No. @Outkast3r09
\[D=M/V\]
where M = mass and V = volume... so if you wanted to calculate Density, you'd need the mass and volume... which of these options find both?
Im not kylie im her sister, but i'm not really sure at this moment. I have 5 minutes to finish these problems or i'll fail, so you have to understand i need to get this done asap.
Read the choices... one of them says that you measure mass and volume... that's your answer
B or D?
I failed whatever bye.
Annoying god lee.
