well first count how many spots there are in total? so that would be 9... Next count how many multiple of 3's are in 9
3,6,9 therefore there is 3 outcomes where you'll get a multiple of 9, which means all the rest are NOT a multiple or 6
so the probability of NOT landing on a multiple of 9 would be 6/9
