what is the problem with the following sentence? He want to give me a bright red car. a. word order b. noun-adjective agreement c. pronoun-antecedent agreement d. subject-verb agreement

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D. Because you have a singular noun. Whenever the subject is singular (such as he, she as opposed to they) the verb usually ends in an 's'. Ironically So it would be: 'He wants' and 'They want." Subject-verb agreement
