I have a suggestion for Openstudy. Create a topic dedicated only to Technical Support, problems having to do with the website, such as connection interruptions, login problems, that sort of thing. That way the OpenStudy Feedback can be more about Feedback and not technical support problems dealing with the website.
This is a very good suggestion and I hope that they can implement this into the next update. ^_^
hopefully after the update there wont be that many problems...enough to make a whole section about it at the least...great idea though...
are they really going to do it?

Omg this would be an awesome idea! im having problems with my account atm can't get in because of a subject dont join anything with UMP it will kill your account im glad we figured it out with my account and not someone elses heheh a great learning expirance
but it would only be useful if you could actually load the site when you are facing those problems lol

openstudy feedback has become a bit broad. some people just want to discuss technical support or website issues.
Technical issues are feedback. Comments on the site of both a positive or negative nature are feedback. It is the rest of the posts that are spam. Preetha has allowed birthday posts and congrats on graduation posts and holiday posts to be crammed into feedback as a stop gap against them being splattered elsewhere on the site.
