Is there more than one right answer? I haven't read the book, but as it's as Diary it is almost certainly not meant for publication (which means option B). Also, it sounds likely that it would be in first person point of view, but an autobiography might also be, so maybe that's not so different after all. They both do A, and C is clearly false.. so my best guess would be to go with option B.
