As far as I know, Khan doesn't have any lessons on power series solutions. You can try Paul's notes here: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/DE/SeriesSolutions.aspx And of course there are plenty of lessons to find on YouTube. As for textbooks, I haven't gone through it myself, but you can find a free copy of Zill's most recent text of DE's, as well as a copy of the 7th edition with BVPs. It might be worth checking out.
