NEVER MIND FOUND IT ITS IN THIS PARAGRAPH One dish that you can find all over Argentina is called milanesa. Milanesas are thin cuts of veal that are breaded and fried. This dish is even more common than the asado! I ordered a milanesa with a salad and French fries. That was a delicious meal to fill me up after a long day of shopping all over Buenos Aires. Argentines also prepare a milanesa napolitana, which is a milanesa but topped with ham, tomato, and mozzarella and broiled until the cheese is melted. This dish did not come from Italy, but it is a delicious Argentine variation on an Italian classic!
