@iGreen I've made new accounts that have gotten suspended and gotten that message. I'm pretty sure they're implying conqueror falsely reported people to get them suspended for 24 hours. happened to me twice.

There's more than just abusing creating accounts behind such a ban, the admins do this specifically if it's a serious matter. They are the only ones who can remove such a ban as well.
