It says there that each individual has the right to have a voluntary death. However, this idea conflicts with the law-depending on where you are. It is considered unethical, but if they are not going to allow it, the freedom of each individual's decision about his/her fate is being taken away.

It is a persons freedom to attempt or commit suicide. 1,000 U.S. teens attempt suicide but that's only in the U.S. so imagine how many people of all ages in the entire world attempt suicide out of their own free will to do so. A falling state of mind is what leads people to attempt and even commit suicide but it is their freedom that allows them to actually do it. There was a man who was walking to a bridge one day and left in a suicide note at his home saying "If nobody talks to me, smiles at me, or gives me any kind of hope that I matter and I'm not alone, then I won't jump." That day, that man took his own life because no one had the courtesy or kindness to even notice him but it was his freedom to actually do it.
