Is -3/-5 a positive fraction?

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

yes because - sign of numerator will be cancel out from the - sign of denomenator

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

if you divide two negatives, you will get a positive sign because the two negative signs will cancel out :) When you multiply two negative numbers, you will ALSO get a positive number because again, the negative signs cancel out :D
