I do not do suspend requests or remove them.  They damage your ability to gain smart score and it is easy to make another account, so I see no point to doing on request suspensions.

There are programs you can install on a computer that can restrict your own access to any web site.  They can be a really good tool for if you find yourself spending too much time on social sites.
