So, here is an application form. http://goo.gl/forms/zfdn5PkGF2 We are only offering it in Math for now. You need to have turned your medals to at least one title. If your medals are in a topic that doesn't have titles, mention that in the application. it should be noted QH designation does not mean that they are in any way an expert on the question.  I to have seen at least 1 QH babbling on and providing what i can only assume to be nonsense to a question.  but the asker might not know that the QH is less qualified then the person who is not a QH.

in other words, if there is a disagreement in solution between QH and nonQH, then does the asker assume the QH is right?

i believe it was written in the page, that if the asker is not satisfied, they can report it by email and get the refund
