They are just showing everybody the same thing, in mine it shows that I got a medal in Feb 2014, I didn't even have an account then. lol

It didn't exist before, it's a new feature that they are still developing. They haven't completed it yet, so right now it shows everybody the same thing, all of the same 400 pages of medal given and medal taken lol
